Easy Olive Tapenade



  • ⅛ Cup Black Olives, finely chopped
  • ⅛ Cup Green Olives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Capers, finely chopped
  • ½ Tbl Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pepper (to taste)
  1. A food processor makes quick work of combining all of the ingredients, but if you do not have one you can finely chop and combine.
  2. Serve with baguette, toasted artisan bread, crackers or even Melba Toast.
