- ⅛ Cup Black Olives, finely chopped
- ⅛ Cup Green Olives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Capers, finely chopped
- ½ Tbl Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
- Pepper (to taste)
- A food processor makes quick work of combining all of the ingredients, but if you do not have one you can finely chop and combine.
- Serve with baguette, toasted artisan bread, crackers or even Melba Toast.
