This stuffing is so flavorful, and easy to make! Using leftover bread, vegetable broth and basics you’ll likely have on hand, this one is sure to please.
Dice bread and in one layer on a sheet pan, leave out over night to dry.
Melt butter in a sauce pan and saute the celery, onion and garlic until translucent. About 5 minutes on low heat.
Add parsley, herbs and pepper to this mix and stir to combine.
Add hot broth and stir in the bread cubes. Fluff the stuffing and in a baking dish prepared with cooking spray, add the stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes to crisp up the top.
