TheVegLife.com will be growing by leaps and bounds in the next quarter. You’ll continue to see many new recipes added as we build out the site. We’ll be adding recipes by holiday/event, a new section ‘For The Dogs’ and are working on getting the educational areas of the site finished. These include ‘Living Vegan 101’ (how to go vegetarian/vegan) as well as ‘Vegan Essentials’ (where to buy the substitute and/or specialty products).
We’ve geared the recipes towards vegetarians for a broader audience, but will continue to add modifications for vegans, along with shopping lists to help you find these items.
As fall approaches, we’ll focus on what’s in season! In September you can look forward to recipes featuring apples, corn, peaches, pears, blueberries, etc. In October: cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, winter squashes, potatos, etc. And, if that wasn’t enough…an entire section of Fall and Halloween recipes!
In an effort to get away from so many processed foods, we are also working on some new recipes for homemade graham crackers, nutella, fruit roll ups, jams and jellies, dressings and dairy-free cheeses you can make at home.
