Healthy Vegan Green Juice in a Blender!

Ingredients
1
large handful of Spinach
1/2
pieces
of a large Cucumber
cut into 1/2"

Leaves
Tbl of Parsley
1
pieces
Apple
core removed and cut into 1/2"

slices
small Banana
cut into
1/2
C
Coconut Water
or just Water is fine
1
tsp
freshly grated Ginger
2
slices
Pineapple + 1/4 C of the Juices
Instructions
Place the spinach into the bottom of the blender along with the parsley.
Next add grated ginger and the banana.
Add the apple and cucumber pieces next.
Lastly, add the coconut water and pineapple juice.
Blend until smooth.
Using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to squeeze (or kitchen strainer pressed with the back of a spoon), separate the juices from the pulp.
There should be very little waste, approximately 1-2 Tbl. Discard or you can reserve and use in quick breads.
Now your juice is ready to enjoy!
