Fresh Cranberries

medium Apple
cored and chopped, skin on

medium Orange (seeds
peel and pith removed), chopped

Sugar
plus more to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients pulse until finely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
