FOR THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS:

Brussels Sprouts
outer leaves removed, stem trimmed and halved
drizzle
Oil
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
FOR THE LEMON AIOLI:
1/4

Vegan Mayonnaise
1/2
tsp
Lemon Zest
finely grated

tbsp
Lemon Juice
1/2
tsp
Dijon Mustard
Garlic Powder
to taste
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the aioli ingredients and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Prep the brussels sprouts and roast until golden and until desired tenderness is achieved, flipping a few times.
Serve warm with the prepared aioli.
