Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
This is a classic smoothie from Chiquita, improvised.

Whole frozen Bananas
best ripe, with brown spots on them

Cups
of Ice
1/3
Cup
of non-dairy
Greek-style yogurt
½
Cup
of Cooked Oatmeal
1/3
Cup
Almonds
optional
1
scoop of vegan protein powder
optional
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Ice last. Blend on high until smoothie thickens.
