Vegan White Chocolate Chips

Pure Vanilla Extract
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
Sparkling Sugar
Crushed Peppermints
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, warm the almond milk. DO NOT BOIL!
Add the white chocolate chips and slowly melt them, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
Divide the white hot chocolate between two serving glasses.
Top with vegan/non-dairy whipped topping, sparkling sugar and/or crushed vegan peppermint candies.
