FOR THE HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:
1/3cVegan Mayonnaise
2tbspDijon Mustard
2tbspHoney or Agave Syrup
1tspYellow Mustard
1tspLemon Juice
pinchSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions.
Wash, trim and thoroughly dry the asparagus.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the puff pastry and cut into strips. Wrap each asparagus spear with one strip, pinch the dough to secure at either end.
Brush the puff pastry with melted vegan margarine and sprinkle with salt, pepper and white sesame seeds.
Bake until golden and the asparagus is tender, about 20 minutes depending on the size.
Meanwhile, whisk together the ingredients for the honey mustard dipping sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
