Ingredients
1/2lbFresh Green Beanstrimmed, rinsed and cut
1/2cOniondiced
1tbspOil
1tspGarlicminced
1tspItalian Seasoningor to taste
15 ozCan of Diced Tomatoeswith juices
Salt & Pepperto taste
Instructions
Prep the green beans and then steam until crisp tender.
Meanwhile, add oil to a skillet over medium high heat and saute onion, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Add diced tomatoes with the juices and cook to reduce and thicken.
Add the steamed green beans to the tomato mixture, tossing to coat. Serve warm.
