Ingredients

Strawberries
washed, trimmed and sliced
2
tbsp
Granulated Sugar
squeeze
Lemon Wedge
pinch
Salt
Instructions
Wash, pat dry, trim and slice the strawberries.
Add sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor.
Toss well to combine. All of the sugar should now be dissolved.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or longer to allow the syrupy juices to form.
Serve over your favorite dessert with non-dairy whipped cream and a bit of mint, if desired.
