This Easy Baked Cauliflower Parmesan Recipe is quick to make and so delicious. It's such a great main dish with a slice of garlic bread.

Ingredients
1largeHead of Cauliflowercut into thick steaks
1tbspOlive Oil
Italian Seasoningto taste
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
1cMarinaradivided between the two steaks
1/2cMozzarella OR VEGAN ALTERNATIVE, divided
2tbspParmesanOR VEGAN ALTERNATIVE, divided
Parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the cauliflower down the center and get 1-2 thicks steaks from each side. Be sure they are thick enough to hold together.
Place the steaks onto a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season well with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning blend.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until tender. I test with a knife and add time at the end if needed to reach desired doneness.
Turn on the broiler.
While still on the sheet pan, top with marinara and the cheeses. Finish with chopped parsley. Return to the oven and broil until melted and golden. Keep in mind that vegan cheeses do not always melt the same as a traditional cheese.
