Baby Bella Mushrooms
stems removed and wiped clean

Cream Cheese
or VEGAN ALTERNATIVE

Spinach
drained and squeezed

Parmesan
or VEGAN ALTERNATIVE

Panko Breadcrumbs

Vegan Margarine
melted
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep the mushrooms by removing the stems and wiping them clean. Place into a baking dish prepared with cooking spray.
Combine the filling ingredients and using a small scoop, stuff the mushrooms.
Combine the topping ingredients and press onto the spinach mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
