3/4cAll Purpose Flour
1/2cUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2tspBaking Powder
1 1/2cGranulated Sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and either spray or line your baking pan of choice.
Cream together vegan margarine, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and beat until just combine.
Spread batter into desired baking pan.
If using an 8" baking pan, these will be thick brownies and take about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes clean. If using a brownie bites pan, start checking around 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving with a scoop of your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
