Ingredients
1mediumCabbagecore removed and cut into 1" pieces
2tbspVegan Margarine
1tspSalt
1/2tspPepper
Instructions
Add vegan margarine to a large non stick skillet over medium heat until melted.
Meanwhile, remove the outer leaves and core of a medium head of cabbage. Cut into 1" pieces.
Add the cabbage to the skillet and season well with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid just until it starts to wilt. This will just expedite the process and make it easier to stir.
Remove the lid and over high heat, continue to stir and cook to desired doneness.
Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
