These Easy Everything Bagel Croutons begin with a standard loaf of white bread and some every day ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Extra virgin olive oil is the “glue” that holds our seasonings on to the croutons. Let me show you how I make them.
Ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe
- Cubed White Bread, but you could opt for literally any bread here
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vegetable oil would also work in a pinch but is not as flavorful
- Everything Bagel Seasoning, if you don’t have it – a quick Internet search will give you the recipe to make your own
- Vegan Parmesan, or traditional parmesan if you are not vegan
How to make my Easy Everything Bagel Croutons
I am just a regular white bread here today, but feel free to use any bread you have on hand. I leave the crusts on, but feel free to remove them if you prefer.
Place the bread cubes into a mixing bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Immediately add your seasonings. Today I am using a vegan parmesan and Everything Bagel Seasoning. You could opt for a variety of seasonings here depending on what you’d like to enjoy the croutons with. Get creative!
Place the coated croutons onto a lined baking sheet leaving enough space between them so they have an opportunity to get crispy.
Bake at 350 degrees or until golden and crispy. Enjoy immediately or, if you’d like to store these, I recommend placing the croutons into the oven on the lowest heat yours goes until dried. Removing any excess moisture will give your croutons more of a shelf life.

Easy Everything Bagel Croutons
Ingredients
- 3 c Bread cut into 1" cubes
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Vegan Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with a silicone baking sheet or parchment.
- Cube the bread and place into a mixing bowl with olive oil, parmesan and bagel seasoning. Toss well to combine using more oil if necessary to coat the bread cubes.
- Place onto a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
