Anyone who knows me can tell you that I adore anything pumpkin! This 12 oz. smoothie has just just 180 calories and over 13 grams of protein. I think you’re gonna love it 🙂
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Yogurt I used Healthy Choice Vanilla Bean Greek Frozen Yogurt because it's just 100 calories per serving
- 1/8 Cup of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 5 Ice Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Canned 100% Pure Pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie mix
- 2 tsp of SunWarrior Warrior Blend Raw Vegan Protein I used Natural, but you can also use their Vanilla flavored
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp each Ginger Nutmeg & Cloves
Instructions
- Combine the protein powder and water until completely dissolved. Place in blender with all remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended and top with additional cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
