These Easy Cheesy Garlic Biscuits just five ingredients and utilize one of my favorite “accidentally vegan” ingredients…Bisquick Baking Mix! You can use a vegan cheese alternative or traditional cheese for this vegetarian version. Let me show you how to make them.

To make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients. They include:
- Bisquick Baking Mix
- Almond Milk
- Shredded Cheese OR Vegan Shredded Cheese
- Melted Vegan Margarine
- Garlic Powder
- Optional Chopped Parsley or Dried Parsley Flakes
How to make Easy Cheesy Garlic Biscuits Recipe
Combine the Bisquick Baking Mix, the shredded cheese and the almond milk. Mix just until combined. Do not over mix.
Using a cookie scoop, place mounds onto a lined baking sheet.
They do not spread too much, so you can get about 12 per sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Melt the vegan margarine and add the garlic powder. I also like to add chopped parsley, but this is optional.
Brush the baked biscuits with the melted vegan margarine mixture and allow to sit for a few minutes. The mixture will absorb into the biscuits. Serve warm.

Easy Cheesy Garlic Biscuits Recipe (Bisquick Recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 c Original Bisquick Baking Mix
- 2/3 c Almond Milk any non-dairy milk will do
- 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese OR Vegan Alternative
- 2 tbsp Vegan Margarine melted
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Parsley chopped, OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Stir Bisquick, almond milk and cheese just until combined.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Melt vegan margarine and add garlic powder and parsley. Stir to combine. Brush over the warm biscuits. This will absorb after a few minutes.
- Serve warm.
