  1. Whew! I was so afraid I was the only food blogger that didn’t plan in advance. I still haven’t wrapped my head around the idea of planning a month in advance and drafting all posts. I’ve found some of those blogs sound like robots because it was written 20 days ago. I’m sure I will change in time but for now I enjoy spur of the moment recipe creations like this one. Mostly because it is usually driven by a craving and some of my most creative recipes are born that way. Love how light hominy is and mixed with green chiles is a perfect match!
