Ingredients
- 1/3 Vegetable Shortening
- 1/3 Vegan Sugar
- ½ cup Vegan Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup of Silken Tofu
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoons of Vegan Sour Cream
- 1 ¾ cups of All Purpose Flour
- 2 Medium Bananas mashed
- ½ bag of Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
